There is a brand new killer on the town and her title is Nina. As soon as a standard Jeff The Killer fangirl, she went insane after a deadly incident throughout her faculty years when some bullies had been harassing her and her brother. In the future she killed the bullies and bleached her face in order that her regular pores and skin turned pale. There are two completely different story ranges to finish. Play as Poisonguy and hunt after Nina, or turn out to be Nina The Killer herself and attempt to escape from the asylum.
